Tenders and AuctionsAvailableA competition with rules, for buying and for selling: sealed bids no one can open early, a deadline nobody can move, an opening in front of witnesses, scored evaluation, and an award that can be explained line by line — with the public-notice periods, the standstill and the published result a government entity is held to
Tender BiddingAvailableThe other side of a tender: one deadline board across every buyer that invited you, a costing sheet sealed under your own passphrase that the buyer cannot read, a pre-flight that refuses a bid which would be thrown out, and a receipt proving what you sent and when
