Terms of service
Draft for legal review — not yet in force.
This draft sets out the terms for a thexsys workspace, the partner programme and the API. It is written for thexsys as a Qatar-based company, to be finalised with counsel before it takes effect. It does not invent facts about our legal registration; those are added when confirmed.
Your account
You are responsible for your workspace, the users you invite, and the permissions you grant them. Owners and admins can see and manage billing, users and apps; other roles are scoped by the permissions assigned.
Acceptable use
Use thexsys for lawful business purposes only. Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe for vulnerabilities outside the rules in SECURITY.md, or use the platform to send unlawful or abusive content.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed per active staff user per month or year as published on the pricing page; external users (customers, suppliers, field partners) are never counted or charged. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Your data
You own the business data you put into thexsys. You can export it in open formats (JSON, PDF, XLSX/CSV) at any time, and again for a limited period after closing your workspace.
Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee an uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, thexsys’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time; we may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical, subject to the retention rules in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have where you are located.
