Is One App Free really free forever?
Yes. One app with its dependencies, unlimited users, 2 GB of storage and 50 AI credits a month, on thexsys cloud, with thexsys branding on documents and the portal. It never expires.
Who counts as a user?
Active staff who sign in to Workspace. Customers using Portal, suppliers using Vendor and technicians using a shared Field build are external and free.
Can I run several companies?
Business and Enterprise include multi-company inside one tenant with consolidated reporting. Standard supports one company; extra companies are a metered add-on.
What are AI credits?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance for the copilot, document intelligence and agents. Credits above the allowance are metered; Enterprise negotiates a flat rate.
Do industry models cost extra?
A model is free on any plan that includes its apps. Models with a special industry app are priced as a bundle, shown on each industry page.
Where is my data hosted?
On thexsys cloud in the region you choose. Enterprise adds a dedicated database, residency choice and an on-premises option.
