Why thexsys
Five things you can check for yourself.
One business system for every company — Arabic-first and global, every app in one place, with ready-made industries that work on day one. Each claim below is something you can try in the product.
01
Arabic and English, equal
Both languages written at the same time, documents typeset properly in Arabic, contracts with paired clauses — and more languages arriving as packs.
02
Gulf compliance built in
ZATCA Fatoora phase 2, PINT-AE and WPS payroll for Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, inside the same ledger rather than bolted on.
03
One price, every app
One price per user covers every app from the plan that includes them all, and a ready industry installs in one step.
04
Things the big suites do not do
Quote options across sister companies, quotations read from a PDF or photo on our own servers, sealed tenders, cheque printing on the bank’s own stationery, and delivery-platform Connect.
05
Credentials you can verify
The Academy trains accountants, implementers and developers, and every credential it issues can be checked by anyone, live.
Feature by feature
Our side of every row is in the product today. Their side is how their products are generally described — check their own pages for the detail that matters to you.

Where they are stronger
A comparison that wins every row is not worth reading. These are real advantages, and you should weigh them.
- Odoo and Zoho have been shipping for far longer than we have, with partner networks and app stores measured in thousands. Ours are younger, and growing.
- They hold independent security certifications. We are working towards SOC 2 Type I and say exactly that on the security page.
- Odoo has an open-source edition you can host yourself; Zoho has a native mobile app for most of its products. thexsys is hosted only, and its mobile family is smaller.
Questions
Who makes thexsys?
thexsys is made in Qatar, for businesses in the Gulf and well beyond it.
What is an industry model?
A ready-made system for one trade: its apps, workflows, dashboards, documents and starting data, installed together. Each model’s page says whether it is open today or when it opens.
Do my customers and suppliers pay?
No. Customers and suppliers who sign in to the portal never count as seats. Only your staff do.
Can I talk to someone before I start?
Yes. Ask for an advisor from the sign-up page and someone will walk you through the system for your trade, in Arabic or English.
See it with your own data.
Start with one app free, or let an advisor walk you through the system for your trade, in Arabic or English.
