Refund policy
Draft for legal review — not yet in force.
This draft sets out when a payment to thexsys is refunded and how to ask for it. It is written for thexsys as a Qatar-based company and will be finalised with counsel before it takes effect.
Monthly plans
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, from the billing page of your workspace. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; that month is not refunded, and nothing further is charged.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, pro rata: you are refunded the part of the year you have not used. After 30 days the plan runs to the end of the year paid for and is not refunded.
AI unit packs
AI units bought as a pack are not refundable once they have been spent.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us from the contact page, choosing the billing desk, with your workspace name and the invoice number.
