What you get

Every garment tagged, its condition photographed at the counter before any machine touches it, a promised date, a numbered rack and a delivery round

01

The record taken before the work starts

Losing or marking a customer’s thobe is what ends a laundry — not a slow month. So the stains, the tears and the missing buttons that were already on the garment are written down and photographed at the counter, with the customer there, and kept in different columns from anything recorded against you afterwards. They are never mixed.

02

A tag on every piece, from the counter to the customer’s hands

Thobe, ghutra, bisht, abaya, shayla, shirt, suit, curtain, carpet or a bag of washing by the kilo — each one its own row, its own tag, its own colour and cloth, and its own place in the journey from sorting to the rail.

03

Priced by item, service, cloth and size — and express on top

A thobe is not a price and a wash is not a price; “a thobe, washed and ironed” is. Your price book is the cross of the two lists, narrowed where you want by cloth, by size or by branch — and the counter can explain any figure out loud in Arabic or English.

04

A promised date, and a board that is late before the customer is

The date is given once at the counter, decided by the slowest piece in the bundle, printed on the receipt and never quietly moved. The board shows what is due today and what has already broken its promise.

05

Racks and slots: found by tag or by phone number

Every ready bundle is on a numbered rail in a numbered slot, with the day it went there. A household that gives you “3312 3456” on Sunday and “+974 3312 3456” on Thursday is the same customer both times, and the bundle comes up either way.

06

Ready messages, reminders that stop, and the uncollected list

WhatsApp on the schedule you set, every attempt recorded, and it stops after the number you allow. What nobody has come for is a list with a date on it, not a corner of the shop.

07

Pickup and delivery rounds, with the cash reconciled

One van does both. Time windows the customer was promised, cash on delivery collected at the door, and the driver’s takings counted against the stops actually finished.

08

Everything else a laundry needs, already in the bundle

Customers, invoices and receipts, card payments and payment links, a till at the counter and WhatsApp — installed with the model, not bought one at a time.

Frequently asked

What happens if a customer says we damaged their thobe?

You open the garment by its tag. What the counter recorded before any work started — the stains, the tears, the missing buttons, with the photographs — sits in one column, and anything recorded against the laundry afterwards sits in another. They are never mixed, and every move the piece made is there with the name of whoever made it.

Do we have to type our whole price list before we can open?

No. The app carries the trade’s own catalogue — eighteen item types, six services, eight cloths with their care notes, a starting Doha price book and the racks, in Arabic and English — and the price book screen offers it in one click the first time you open it empty. Then every number and every name is yours: what you change, the system never changes back.

Can a shirt be washed and a carpet be priced by the square metre in the same bundle?

Yes. Each item type carries its unit — piece, square metre or kilo — and the counter only types a quantity for the ones that need it. A measured item can also carry a minimum charge, so a one-metre curtain is not charged as one metre.

We have a shop counter and a plant in the industrial area. Is that one company?

One company with branches. A branch can be a shop, a plant or both; racks belong to a branch, the van’s rounds leave from a branch, and a price rule can be written for the mall counter alone without touching the rest of the book.

What about clothes nobody comes back for?

Every ready bundle carries the day it went on the rack. The system chases the customer on the schedule you set, stops after the number of reminders you allow, and then simply lists what has been sitting there and for how long.
