One screen for the whole crew

People down the side, competencies across the top, and a colour in every cell: valid, expiring, expired, missing. Filter by crew, site or role, sort by who is worst off, and export the whole thing for the client's HSE file.

The expiry date is the product

Type the issue date and the expiry works itself out from the competency's validity. Sixty days before it lapses the certificate turns amber, the daily sweep raises it once, and the renewal is on somebody's list while there is still time to book a course.

Say what the job needs, once

A rigger needs a rigging ticket; a driver on Ras Laffan needs defensive driving; anyone entering a tank needs confined space. Set it against the job title, the crew, the site or the activity, and every person who holds that job is measured against it from the day they join.

The first week, laid out

An induction pack per site and role: the documents to read and acknowledge, the videos, the quiz, the PPE to collect, the site walk, the buddy, the HSE briefing and what to do when the alarm sounds. Finishing it issues a certificate and marks the man inducted for that site — and every required item also ticks on the onboarding checklist HR already keeps.

The gate other apps call

A permit to work or a lifting plan names the people who will do the job. Before it is issued it asks this app whether each of them is still qualified, and refuses by name when one is not. No paperwork, no argument on site, no discovering it in an incident report.

The certificate eLearning never printed

Training that runs online lands in the same register as the ticket from the training centre, and both print the same bilingual certificate — the company's name, the person's name in Arabic and English, the competency, the date it was earned and the date it runs out.
