What it does
The work Warranty, Returns and RMA takes off your desk on an ordinary day.
01
The verdict before the quote
Type a serial on a return and the system reads the unit's own record: when it was sold, to whom, what cover it carries and how many days are left. Nobody has to open a drawer, and nobody quotes a warranty repair by mistake.
02
One document, three directions
A customer return, a unit going back to the supplier and a repair on your own stock all run through the same numbered lifecycle: requested, approved, received, diagnosed, then repaired, replaced, credited or refused — with a reason on every refusal and a timeline nobody can quietly edit.
03
What the brand owes you
Every repair done under a principal's warranty is money you laid out on their behalf. Batch the jobs, value them at the rates the agency agreement agreed, submit with a reference, record partial approval line by line, and age what is still outstanding like the receivable it is.
04
The warranty gap, in the open
The principal gives you twelve months from the day the goods landed. You gave the customer twenty-four from the day you sold them. That difference is paid out of your own pocket, and here it is a number on a screen instead of a surprise at year end.
05
Price protection and stock rotation
Two rights in every agency agreement that expire quietly every year because nobody tracks them: the credit due when a price drops shortly after you bought, and the dead stock you are entitled to send back. Both sit on the agreement with the allowance you have left.
06
Nothing walks out the door
Demo units, evaluation stock and the standby you handed a customer while their own is on the bench — each with a due date, a condition out and a condition in. A unit that is late is late by a number of days, and a demo that sold stops being a loan.
